The first SUV, the Cullinan of Rolls Royce has been unveiled this year. Well, the customers who booked it earlier are now getting it and among them is one Indian. Yes, an Indian woman, Abhini Sohan is the first Indian customer to have the first-ever Rolls Royce SUV.
Dubai’s Aries Group founder Sohan Roy has booked Rolls Royce Cullinan to gift his wife Abhini for their silver jubilee marriage anniversary. They had made an announcement a month ago at an event where Rolls Royce officially handed an award to Roy couple.
Being one of the most luxurious cars in the world, the company Rolls Royce take a long time to be made as per order and that is the reason why the couple will get their car on December 12. However, it is also the date when the couple will celebrate their anniversary.
As per the Sohan Roy said, “he has always been a fan of Rolls Royce and he was looking for something unique to gift his wife on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary.”
New SUV Cullinan met the expectation of the ecstatic businessman who booked it soon after it was unveiled. The actual price of the car is Rs. 2.2 crores in international markets but in India, it will cost around Rs. 5.5 crores due to the import taxes.
If we talk about the features of this luxury car then it has full leather seats, self-leveling air suspension, multi-driving modes, a magic carpet ride system, heated armrests, seat massager, starlit roofline, and much more.
It is powered by a 6.75-litre V12 engine and the peak torque is generated at 1,900 rpm. It also gets a water wading depth of 540 mm.
